MNB, German Style!

MNB, German Style!

It’s Oktober Fest and have we got a special episode for you. One night, out on the town, Hershel and Crunchy met a group of 20-something Germans out celebrating a deal they had just made with a local manufacturer. They were super friendly and interesting, so we decided to invite them back to Hershel’s Kosher Castle for a very German version of the MNB Podcast.

They shared some of their cultural Nostalgia Berries and taught us a little bit about German Hip-Hop. It was a lot of fun.

Crunch Time – The International Education Podcast

Crunch Time – The International Education Podcast

The vast majority of us went to school or had some form of schooling. All of us feel like we have an understanding of what education is and how it works. But, do most of us really understand what modern education is like? I have always been frustrated that most of the people we hear talking about education have not lived the life of a real teacher. In this podcast, I will be having conversations with educators from around the world about their perspectives on education, its future, and what we are not being told about schools and teachers. Join me in my journey through the world of education.

MNB PODCAST: THE INTRODUCTION!

MNB PODCAST: THE INTRODUCTION!

This podcast is our introduction to the world. We are three international teachers who have lived in Shanghai for the past few years. We are all Americans but have very different backgrounds and perspectives.

We started this podcast as a way to hang out with each other and talk about popular culture from our childhoods. But, what started as an excuse to get drunk with our “bros,” turned into deep introspective conversations about who we are and how these cultural moments shaped us as adults.

Hope you enjoy our introduction and taking this journey with us.
